How do I book a table?
The easiest way is to book online with our reservation tool, at any time of day. You can also call us during opening hours on 011 91 16 48. Outside opening hours, our AI assistant Renske is available 24/7 on +32 460 25 50 57.
Which times does the reservation tool show?
The times you see in the reservation tool are still available; the others are fully booked. Once you choose a time, we look forward to welcoming you and your party at that time. If something comes up, just give us a call.
What if I can’t make it?
Please cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance. If you do not show up and have not cancelled in time, a no-show fee of €25.00 per person applies, except in cases of force majeure.
Why don’t you always answer the phone?
At busy moments our guests in the restaurant come first, so we cannot always pick up. You can call us during opening hours. Our AI assistant Renske is always available on +32 460 25 50 57, or simply book online.
When is the kitchen open?
Our kitchen closes at 2 pm and at 9.30 pm. On Sundays the kitchen is closed between 2 pm and 5 pm, while the bar stays open throughout. We are closed on Tuesdays. You will find all our opening hours at the bottom of every page.
Is my dog welcome?
Our four-legged friends are very welcome on the terrace, where a bowl of fresh water is waiting. For hygiene reasons we unfortunately cannot allow them inside. Guide dogs are always welcome inside: let us know in advance and we will keep an easily accessible table for you.
Is Hoeve Duras accessible for wheelchair users?
We have a spacious car park, but it is covered in gravel, so guests with reduced mobility are best to enter at the front of the restaurant. Everything is on the ground floor and the toilet is easy to reach. Let us know in advance and we will reserve an easily accessible table for you.
Can we pay separately?
We kindly ask for one bill per table, to avoid any misunderstandings.
I have an allergy. Can I still eat with you?
Always let us know about your allergies in advance and we will find the right dish together. You can ask any of our team for the allergen menu.
Do you have children’s dishes?
Yes. Our children’s dishes, the ‘Fijnproevers’ (little gourmets) on the menu, are made to keep our youngest guests happy. They are for children up to and including 12 years old.
Are there vegetarian dishes?
Yes, the menu includes bruschettas with mozzarella and pesto or tomato and garlic, Hoeve nachos, pasta Italia, a vegetable wok and a veggie burger.
Where can I buy a gift voucher?
At the till, during opening hours. You can also order a gift voucher online through our website and we will send it to you by e-mail.
How long is a gift voucher valid?
Our gift vouchers are valid for one year. And with a friendly smile, we won’t quibble over a few days.
