Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Without your consent, this website only sets cookies that are needed for the site to work. Everything else only loads after you have given consent in the cookie banner.

Necessary cookies

• hd_consent – stores the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we do not ask again on every visit. Kept for 180 days.
• __Host-hd_session – session cookie for staff who log in to manage the website. Regular visitors do not receive this cookie.

Visitor statistics

Our own visitor statistics work without cookies: we only count page views per day and per page, the website visitors come from and the number of taps on buttons such as ‘Book’, without IP addresses or other data that could identify you.

Statistics and marketing (only with consent)

Services such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or the Meta pixel are only loaded after you consent to ‘Statistics’ or ‘Marketing’, and may then set their own cookies. None of these services is switched on at the moment. If we switch one on, we will add it to this list and ask for your choice again.

External media (only with consent)

The Google Maps map, YouTube or Vimeo videos and the RestoManager booking and newsletter forms only load after you consent to ‘External media’. Those services may then set their own cookies, under their own policies. Our Facebook posts are shown without any connection to Meta: our own server fetches them.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
