Our chef has put together a special four-course menu with refined game dishes, winter flavours and a festive dessert.

A creamy velouté of winter butternut squash, gently spiced.

Saddle of venison with a rich game jus

Venison, roasted until meltingly tender, served with a game jus, a silky parsnip purée, seared mushrooms and crisp winter vegetables.
